This office fumbled the insurance claim on services provided to me in August 2014. They did not notify me of non-payment status until May 2015, adding "late charges" to my account and threatening me with collection. Was forced to pay the account in cash to prevent a negative on my otherwise flawless credit report. They did remove the late charges.
