7I do not believe this individual has experience nor the foresight for care that is in the best interest of patients. The set up is more like a cattle run to get as many patients in as possible. The customer service is terrible at the front desk. Calls are not returned which lead to a worst prognosis. Error in practice and putting off treatment went from a root canal possibility that was put off in order to see if it healed on its own. Upon seeing two other oral surgeons I was told the was a significant crack that was missed in the tooth. It then became infected and I needed to have the tooth extracted. There seemed to be a lack of empathy for the care of patients and foresight in doing first a less invasive procedure to then the worst possible scenario of a tooth extraction which I refused to let her do and found another dentist that I trust. I was given false statements from which I immediately lost trust and faith slightly in her expertise, but more so in her ethics.
