How Patients Feel
N/APatient Reviews
2Revision of root canal. Developed sinus like facial pressure post procedure. Rechecked and told I should have an apicoectomy. Got a second opinion who was able to guess where I hadt the revision done. When I asked how they knew, they told me they got lots of calls from people who had a revision and then when problems occurred were told they needed an apicoectomy from that group, Dr Strand/Woodard. Second opinion was concerned about how wide the canals in the tooth were and said there wasn\'t enough tooth remaining to save and that the tooth needed to come out. See a periodontist and then an oral surgeon. Periodontist agreed that the tooth needed to come out. He suspected sinus puncture when he looked at CT scan.Referred to oral surgeon. Next day apt for tooth extraction which confirmed sinus puncture and severe infection. By the time I get the tooth implant I will be out more than $10,000.00. Beware.
