New patient, first visit. The check in process was quick, not that much paperwork for new patient profile. Penny Hutton, the hygenist, performed the initial check, and then Dr. Salmons came in shortly after. He explained very thoroughly what was causing my problem, and resurfaced a crown to fix it. I came as a stranger, but they made me feel like a long-time patient, which I plan on!
