How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
5Have you ever wanted to ask your health care provider who they see for their health care? I am a dentist. After seeing the excellent care Dr. Palliser had provided his patients I asked him if he would provide dental care for my family and myself. Dr. Palliser agreed accept us as patients in his practice. I have since discovered that he provides dental care for other dentists and their families. That says it all; Dr. Palliser, the dentists' dentist. Paul had to place two crowns in my mouth over the past few years (Recommendation: Do not eat popcorn or chew ice!). The necessary procedures couldn't have gone easier (His crowns are holding up nicely even now when tested by chewing ice. Some habits are hard to give up.) Seriously, even when a dentist is the patient and climbs into the dental chair they experience the same apprehension as everyone else does. In my case it stems from my experiences with dental care received as a child. Well, now my apprehension dissipates almost immediately after Paul and his staff enter the operatory. Their friendliness always puts me at ease. And to me, most important of all, the dental work has always been excellent.
