8Given an appointment as a new patient that was 3 weeks away. I called a couple days later and luckily spoke with Jason who scheduled me only five days later. He then scheduled me with Dr. Mathew Kent who is available in Norfolk as well. Jason took time with me to learn my situation and I just completely relaxed at that point. My visit with Dr. Kent went just as well, if you can believe this. It is wonderful to be treated humane during these times. Thank you
