1I made an appointment at Dr. Lebon\'s office on 11/22/22 for 5/26/23 (6 month appt)at 8:30 AM. I received a reminder notification on 5/14/23 (which I have kept). When I arrived on 5/26/23 at 8:20 AM, I was informed by his receptionist that they had NO record of my appointment and informed me that I couldn\'t be seen at their office for a morning appointment until August. This forces me to find another dentist. I find this highly unacceptable and VERY POOR customer service.
