2This facility and practitioner were highly disappointing when it came to communication and procedural ethics in regards to informing patients of their options, treatment plans, and proper billing practices. Duplicate claims billed, improper charges to SNP members up front, refusing reimbursement to members after billing insurance. Coupled with the fact that the dental work completed was not conducted properly, patient is still in pain and a new treatment facility for endodontistry and oral surgery is now needed for rectification of the original issue.
