I have diagnosed anxiety and PTSD due to trauma both related and unrelated to dental care, so feeling validated and safe is a big priority. I saw some red flags earlier on but the staff seemed friendly and understanding so I took a chance and ignored my gut. I heavily regret it. I underwent oral conscious sedation since they couldn\'t provide a higher level and all seemed fine, until the novacaine injection and because I felt it I had a panic attack. Dr. Dave insisted that I couldn\'t feel anything other than him moving around. He told me that he wasn\'t going to argue with me because \"he wouldn\'t win with me\". I told him that it was because of trauma and he said \"you\'re traumatized? Well I\'m traumatized!\" and \"I\'m actually really uncomfortable working on you\". After being berated to the point of tears I demanded that they get my husband because I felt unsafe. Dr. Dave continued to make me feel bad until my husband walked in and told my husband \"she\'s going to tell you a story\"
