1I am looking for anyone that can help with a situation that has occurred. I am from Plymouth, IN. Dr Becker at lighthouse dental in Plymouth did a bridge 2020. Since this time I have requested his assistance with the bridge since. I have made several phone calls over the last 2 years. I never receive a phone call back. I have additionally emailed him regarding the tooth. He will not return the email. I have gone into the office requesting assistance and the front staff says they will give him a message. I can taste something horrible coming from the tooth. It has not felt right since the day I received it. I called him one month after the procedure and monthly or every other month (trying not to be a pest) since the procedure. I finally reached out to another dentist in which I had X-rays performed. I have been informed the bridge was not performed correctly and that dr becker should correct his mistake. I’m not sure what forces I need to email to gain help. I have tried more times than I can count for his assistance. I paid for the crown at the time of service which is required by them. However they can not return a phone call or even an email.
