How Patients Feel
POSITIVEPatient Reviews
79I didn't make it past the front desk. I made my appointment a month and half in advance. Since I was a new patient, they directed me to their website to download their forms and they took down all my insurance info. I waited for the month and half, during which time I received countless text reminders about my appointment. The office called twice in the week prior; just to confirm the appointment... again! Not a single mention was made about my insurance. Day of the appointment: I arrive early, armed with all the required paperwork only to learn that there is a problem with my insurance. I ask why this wasn't addressed during the barrage of appointment confirmation texts and calls. The receptionist was smug and very unhelpful. I left to call and duke it out with my insurance company. Yes, I do have a valid insurance policy. Think the mistake was on the doc's office but I will never darken their doorstep again to find out. The rudeness from the front desk is enough to keep anyone away.
