1The receptionist, Bev, Deb or Beth whatever her name is, was extremely rude to me over the phone. I was feeling ill today at 10am and canceled my 11am appointment. Bev, Beth, Deb whatever her name is, told me that she would call me back in a few minutes. Now 2 pm, I have not received a call from the dentist office. I called back to get an appointment. She gave me an appointment six weeks away. I asked her if she could give me a sooner appointment or put me on a stand-by list. She spoke to me in a very unprofessional, snotty tone. She told me "Well I guess you should have not canceled your appointment today." She told me that I was on the stand-by list and she hung up on me. I didn't appreciate her service. I receive better service from a fast food joint. I called back and left a message for Dr Swarts to call me. I really doubt he'll get the message. Dr. Swarts has a very good reputation of being a nice and professional dentist. I wonder why he would employ this low quality worker to be his first impression to new customers.
