I am the mother of 3 kids, all of whom I brought to this office. Every time I came in with my kids, there was something else that they found for us to spend money on. The worst experience was with my 15 yo daughter. The hygenist scraped on her teeth for at least an hour and the next day, she said her mouth was in such pain and her teeth were so sore. She tends to have sensitive teeth and when she made a face indicating discomfort while getting her teeth scraped, the hygenist called her “over-dramatic”. Fast forward to a week or two later, she developed pain in her jaw with lumps and swelling. Turned out, she had an infection in her jaw from all of the scraping they did. When I called the office to express my dissatisfaction, the office manager made excuse after excuse, saying that the hygenist must have been kidding around and said how great she is. When Dr Dickey himself called, once again, nothing but excuses and defending what had happened. I would not recommend going there
