23I don\'t understand all the negativity! I saw Dr. Busch in his Milford office and each time he was at the front desk and kept me waiting for maybe 2 minutes while he finished some paperwork, talking to me in the meantime. His bedside manor was a pleasant surprise when I\'ve been used to a dentist who barely spoke English and didn\'t bother to explain anything to me. Actually, he referred me to Dr. Busch for an extraction that he wasn\'t able to do OR because my Blue Cross/Blue Shield wouldn\'t pay for (?) I\'m not sure which. However, Dr. Busch was very pleasant and he actually seemed happy to be there. No moaning an groaning about anything. I\'m getting real tired of all the sour pusses everywhere. Dr. Busch made an extremely uncomfortable procedure more than just tolerable. The visit to his Milford office WAS A PLEASURE!!! I actually look forward to my next visit!
