Had pain from a bad crown. Called Frankel & Puhl (Maumee) and got an appointment the next day, which was good. But they only did x-rays, got another appointment for the crown a week later. After waiting a week in pain, I went in but they only gave me a high-pressure pitch on fixing everything in my mouth, a \"care plan\". Wouldn\'t fix the crown until I committed to the care plan. They left me in pain for a week for nothing. Not going back.
