28This review has more to do with Park Dental. I made an appointment for 2:00, waited for 30 min, then left. I then received a call at 3:00 from the receptionist to tell me that they were ready for me (I had already been home for 30 min). I used the analogy that \"if you made a reservation at a restaurant and still had to wait an hour you would get very upset.\" She replied with, \"you can\'t compare a restaurant with a doctor.\" I replied, \"that\'s exactly right, because dental work is more important and costs a lot more money.\" The burnt out light bulbs in the waiting area, the lack of respect for my time, the loud music, and the backtalk from the staff refusing to take blame for their poor scheduling skills... makes me wonder how many more problems were waiting once I\'m in the chair. (did not actually see the dentist)
