The receptionist kept calling me by another name every time she called my phone. The staff was 50/50 as far as friendliness. The dentist was not at all helpful and rude! I took my niece in for a filling and they accidentally turned the gas so high and left her sitting there while they worked with other people. She got sick and they couldn't give the filling so we had to reschedule. The 2nd time around the tooth where she had the filling was in constant pain so we had to go to another dentist.
