I would highly discourage anyone from obtaining care with Dr. Phan. He recommended that I have a filling drilled out and replaced. He was not patient and clearly irritated as I asked questions. He gave me a shot of numbing agent and the front of my face numbed but not the back section of my teeth (the tooth with the filling was the last tooth). He began drilling anyway and when I asked him to stop he gave a second shot in the same place. This further numbed the front of my face and still did not numb the tooth he was working on. He insisted on finishing and drilled without numbing (which was incredibly painful). He was rude and gruff about it despite the fact that I was clearly hurting. I would strongly recommend you go anywhere else and see any other dentist.
