5Very disappointing that a business cares more about money than their customers. I was a first time patient, and I will definitely not be returning. I had an appointment for a cleaning, unfortunately I woke up with Covid related symptoms and could not make it but I called them as soon as I was able to and they informed me that they would be charging me a $75 fine for not making it to my appointment. I received a bill for $98, apparently I had a balance of $22 from last year that I was not aware. I called and mailed them a letter, and they sent me a letter back with the break downs and signed forms stating the fee charged when an appointment is missed. When they emailed or texted me to confirm the appointment they never mentioned the fee, but of course they shoved the form on my face once I questioned it. No worries, you will get your money; thanks for showing that you care more about the money than your first time customers.
