Horrible experience! During the consultation, Dr. Beaudry took a personal telephone call while still in the room. Spoke to someone about having dinner that night right in front of us. Personal conversation lasted 5 minutes in front of us. Very unprofessional. One week before the surgery, the billing office called to advise $825.00 would be due prior to the surgery. When we contacted our insurance company about the coverages, the insurance company stated the surgery was covered and our out of pocket expense was only $127.00. Could not resolve the billing matter with Dr. Beaudry’s office so we cancelled our surgery and went to Miller Oral Surgery. Such a positive experience at Miller Oral Surgery!
