Dr. Ira Stier is an outstanding dentist! I hate to say I loved it only because of the fear & pain associated with dentistry but he is the best dentist I've ever worked with here in Dutchess County. I'd highly recommend him. The only advice I'd give to patients is to confirm what your insurance covers to avoid any issues regarding your co-payments.
