Dr. Jennifer Kopacz was absolutely wonderful! I had a dental emergency and was in a great deal of pain. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was seen right away. Dr. Kopacz was very thorough, explained the problem, and recommended several courses of treatment, offering the pros and cons of each. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I felt confident in my decision based on Dr. Kopacz's expertise and knowledge. Thank you for such excellent care!

Not only is Dr. Nicosia down to earth and professional-He takes care of the Rochester Americans hockey team and I figures if they trust him for their care ,I should be in good hands. My teeth look and feel great. He even came in on a weekend to see a family member visiting from out of town!
