How Patients Feel

2I went to him for decades but he put my life in jeopardy because he doesn’t believe in extractions. I had 3 root canals done on a tooth that had what is called a fishhook root. While I suffered with my 4 infection because of this tooth he wanted me to get yet another root canal. Dr Watson has now moved from Payne avenue and although I was sent invitations to his new local was denied service. People die from tooth infections and I wished I had known his opinion on tooth extractions.

10I called to see when to set up an appointment and a very nice receptionist answered and was very patient when I was trying to figure out when to schedule. I call again to schedule and hear from a rude receptionist that should\'ve been a red flag. I arrive and the wait isn\'t that bad. I\'m seated in an obviously old chair with a broken arm rest. The nurse takes my crown out and puts it to the side. Whitfield comes in after like 30 minutes proceeds to tell me she will not put my crown back in unless I have money (My insurance was covering it but she kept harping on this) as I\'m trying to talk to her she proceeds to catch an attitude multiple times which I brush off. She then puts my crown in wrong (didn\'t notice until I left) she does my cleaning in what feels like 3 minutes which was very painful. Proceeded to tell me I had Periodontitis which I\'m positive I don\'t then proceeded to right me a referral to come back for her to treat it. Please do not go to this dentist office.
