1Dr Parks took over the practice from her father and is in over her head. She often does one procedure then realizes she made a mistake during the next visit. Close is good enough. The website states the office is open 4 days a week, but she only sees patients 3 days a week. She also does not deal well with any issues outside typical orthodontics, such as allergies. Some of the staff is friendly, but others are condescending and blame the patient when procedures don't go as planned.
