Family Dentistry

I have been going to this dentist for over 20 years. My daughters tooth chipped and was fixed. Normally the bonding lasted a very long time, however it chipped after only 4.5 months. We called the dentist over a week prior to the appointment date. They called at 4:15 the day before the appointment to tell me Insurance only covers 1 every 2 years per tooth so I will need to pay x amount of dollars. They did offer me a “courtesy” discount and I offered to pay what my insurance company normally doesn’t cover. These things are supposed to last and it didn’t. This dentist just lost a whole family of clients. My daughter is just now eligible for caps/crowns. I will be taking my business else where.
