1Walked in, said I was here for teeth cleaning. Some girl threw a clip board on counter(sign in sheet), I sat down. Get called up, Girl at counter says your total for day is $ 85(not a word more). Remind you I am there to have my teeth cleaned. Go back to chair, wait some assistance come in and starts taking xrays, then doctor comes in, checks over my xrays and my mouth and says to me, "You really should have a cleaning, let me get the price for you. TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH... Now they want $ 126 for a cleaning. DONT GET SCAMMED HERE!!! The supervisor Omira is horrible to deal with, she basically said sorry you didn't catch it... maybe you should ask more questions. WOW so this facility will not make you aware till they got you on the hook.

3Questionable billing practices - Balance bills exorbitant amounts upfront without first awaiting insurance settlement to determine true amount of coinsurance/balance of bill. Clerk demanded payment upfront or risk patient going home without dentures because based on her experience and knowledge of what the insurance payment would be she was sure that the amount she was requesting was what would be due, even before having documentation from the insurance what they would cover.

10Wonderful he answered ever question that I had! Did a great job made sure that I was ready. Very gentle. His staff is wonderfully! Very friendly atmosphere I now found my dread going to the dentist!!
