Paid cash for the most expensive option for me. Follow up was grudgely administered. Very hard to get the \"gatekeeper\" to work with me to schedule appointments. Was told I was only 1 of 30,000 patients and so not to expect any special treatment. Take what they offered or just don\'t come back. Was not happy to give even one star..
