141Set appointments for myself and family 6 months in advance because of a busy family schedule. The week prior to our appointments we received 3 texts asking to confirm the date and time to which I did. 3 days before I was asked via email to confirm appointments again. The day before I received another call in the morning to confirm the date and time, which I did. The day of our appointments I receive a text message stating that our appointments were moved up 30 minutes without... confirming. The scheduling system is redundant and broken. When calling the office there are lots of apologies but everything is blamed on technology. Needless to say there are many other dentists available that will honor appointment dates and times. When this office opened (Excel Dental) it was fantastic, name change and new ownership and the customer service has declined.
