4Poor office personnel --cannot keep track of appointments and will tell lies to clients to keep them quite. Had a call from their office and the female whom called and gave incorrect info--when asked which one she was when in their office was told she did not work for them but worked for the answering service. Upon next appointment the female whom called was the one waiting on me. When asked why she lied before said --I did not understand your question??
