4I showed up to my appt today after having my husband rearrange his work schedule. I had talked to the receptionist Friday when she called to confirm my appt. I had said that my husband\'s schedule got messed up and if I couldn\'t make it I\'d call in, because it was getting fixed. The receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no because I would reschedule if I had to call in and cancel.... So I scramble and deal with getting my 5 month old and 2 year old settled and taken care of to rush in and get told they canceled and can\'t see new patients and that they should\'ve been \"clearer.\" So they wasted my time, my husband\'s time, and caused unnecessary stress because they couldn\'t be \"clearer.\" They wanted to reschedule me out til almost middle of February... this is a joke.. Especially when I know I have a cavity that I\'ve had since leaving military. You\'d think if your job is customer service you\'d want to be precise in communicating so you could avoid situations like this.
