Was referred to his office with a cracked tooth. Was supposed to drill under a cavity filling and determine whether the tooth was worth saving or not. At some point, during the procedure evidently he decided it was fine and needed a root canal. When he said ok all finished I thought we were now going to talk about proceeding with the root canal. But to my surprise, I had already had one. A week later I find out tooth is split and needs to be pulled. It was a total waste of time and money..
Dr. Simoneaux was great!! I had my first root canal done today, and never felt any pain!! I absolutely recommend him, and the practice everyone was super friendly, and made you feel welcomed!!.

FIRST OFF ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. THERE IS ONLY ONE NICE PERSON WORKING THERE IS THE DENTAL ASSISTANT, THE TALLER ONE THAT IS. ALL THE OTHERS, THEY ALL COVER UP EACH OTHERS TRACK, HORRIBLE! IF YOU DENY A SERVICE THEY GOING TO TRY TO PERSUADE YOU AND IF YOU STILL DENY THEY GOING TO FINE A WAY TO SCREW YOU OVER TO MAKE THAT MONEY. THEY SPEND ABOUT 20MINS FOR THE MOST WITH YOU WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO SPEND 45MINS AND SCHEDULE ANOTHER DAY TO DO WHAT THEY COULD HAVE DONE IN ONE SESSION. EVERY TIME YOU COME THEY WANT TO DO AN EVEN DEEPER DEEPER DEEPER CLEANING AS IF THERE IS SUCH. EACH DEEPER IS ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND EXTRA MONEY. WHY NOT JUST DO THE DEEPEST CLEANING AND BE DONE. I first went to Premier Dental Partners when I had an emergency and my normal dentist couldn't fit me in even though I needed to be seen ASAP. I called Premier up and they fit me in that day and fixed the problem right away. Dr. Valor was very nice and explained to me everything that would need to be done. The secretary was very kind and I was so appreciative that she worked around the schedule to make it possible that I was seen. When I first walked into the door I was very impressed. The waiting room is very impressive and the whole establishment is very clean, which is very important to me when I go to a place such as the dentist. When I got into the dentist chair Dr. Valor looked at me and explained what was wrong and his secretary gave me an estimate and asked me if it was okay. I was under no pressure at all to say yes to everything they wanted to do. I found them to be very professional and helpful. I even went back multiple times to have cavities filled and had a pleasant experience every time. The person who gave them a bad review must not have wanted quality work done because with that there is obviously a fee. I would rather pay more and have a clean environment and friendly, professional staff then see a doctor who didn't care at all. I will be going back there from now on and have had my chart transferred from my previous dentist.
