I was 10 minutes late due to bad weather and commute. They didn’t get me into an exam room until an hour after my appointment. I brought this up and the receptionist got an attitude, she claimed I wasn’t the only person, that others were running late because of the weather. I work in a doctor’s office and isn’t acceptable to be running an hour behind. So I left and it was a complete waste of 3.5 hours of my time from traveling there until I got back home.
