Backus is clean and bright and very well run. The intake staff was kind and as prompt as they could be. Angel, Jeff, Justin and the others in the ER were amazing (especially Angel). My x-ray technicians were lovely and helpful. Tara, April, Joan, Blonie, Kelly and the other nurses and techs on my floor were superb. The volunteers were great. Marcy took the scariest part away by signing me up for insurance when I had none. Dr. Liu was knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone who cared for me was nothing less than pleasant, and often personable and funny and caring. Everyone I encountered turned an experience that I was horribly scared of into a delightful journey back to good health. Thank You all so much. You literally saved my life.
