Professional Statement

Dr. Mehnosh “Michelle” Afkari offers quality services to her patients at Precision Dental Care. She started her education at Portland State University in Oregon, and began her dental career in Oregon Health Sciences University. She graduated from dental school in 1999 and stayed in Oregon to practice for a few years. After that she moved to the Northeast to be near her family in the tri-state area.

On taking the North East Regional Dental Board Examination, she earned a perfect 100% on her practical clinical exam.

Dr. Afkari has been trained in all aspects of dentistry including, preventive, pediatric care, cosmetic, periodontal, restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, prosthodontics and implant restorations. She started Precision Dental Care in 2002 in Norwalk, Connecticut.

In her practice patients are given a full understanding of their dental needs, including options, risks and a chance to ask questions about their dental treatment.

Dr. Afkari regularly attends continuing education achieving the highest levels of Dental care.

Her goal is to achieve optimal dental and gum health for the rest of her patient’s lives!

That gives her the greatest satisfaction.

On her free time, Dr. Afkari enjoys spending time with her daughter Hannah. She also enjoys traveling and gardening.
