First up an appointment went fine. She rushes through exams and Jack pain medication too fast. Rushes through exams left me with a hole in my tooth and the feelings that she performed look like somebody used to spackle knife it's lumpy and unattractive this is the worst dentist I've ever been to period overcharging me. Needs a receptionist badly but is to unprofessional to understand that you shouldn't be jumping between three patients at one time.
Wearing braces at age 22, for the third time, STINKS! I have a long history with orthodontists, but most of that time was spent trying to find a good, knowledgeable orthodontist I could trust. I was debating on having surgery to fix an open bite, leaning towards not doing it (after searching the Nashville area with no satisfaction). When I moved to Johnson City and I met Dr. David Storie, I immediately knew he was my perfect fit! He and his staff work so hard to make you feel like you're top priority. They listen to each and every concern with such care and empathy, something you don't find often. I had actually been a patient of Dr. Storie's 15 years ago before my family moved, and he remembered me and my mouth! Truly, finding an orthodontist like this will make anyone feel like royalty. The staff is 100% patient-centered; the location is perfect, the waiting time is minimal, and the service is always quick but thorough. Not to mention, this doctor is a true GENIUS (not exaggerating). You will be absolutely amazed how he engineers each individual case. No two patients are the same and that is exactly how Dr. Storie and his staff treat every case they manage. He knew exactly what to do to fix with my bite, something that seemed to stump every other orthodontist before. I can honestly say I?m now looking forward to having this surgery done because I know I have the BEST orthodontist by my side. Thanks to Dr. Storie, I will not have to suffer the consequences of not getting my bite fixed, I will get my braces off and I will NEVER have to get them on again! I had a very good experience at Dr.Stories office.Dr.Storie was very good about explaining what he was doing at each visit.The atmosphere in the office is fun and upbeat and the ladies that work there were always very helpful in making me feel comfortable.Most of all I left with a perfect smile that I am proud to show off!
