One year ago Dr Hendry and his assistant Trudy were contracted to place veneers on my teeth. Instead they wantonly ground down my healthy teeth and placed crowns on them. I have been in pain and or discomfort every day since then. I do not understand why they would recklessly impair my health and disregard my wishes. Dr Hendry performed this ghoulish procedure without my knowledge or consent. This is not what I paid $12K for. I AM IN PAIN EVERY DAY. He was irresponsible..
Dr Hendry performed a procedure without my knowledge or consent. As a result I am in pain every day. My health and well being have been compromised because he did not follow my wishes. I fear what complications I will experience in the future. My teeth do not look like what I repeatedly asked for- but most importantly I AM IN PAIN.I am incredulous, angry and depressed..
Dr. Hosner has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is very highly skilled and caring. Every procedure he has ever done (crowns, root canals, fillings) was done with expertise, very minimal pain and I have NEVER experienced any resulting problems. He even took the time on a Saturday to meet me at his office to take care of a dental problem...I called him and he was there when I needed my dentist! His staff is professional, friendly and caring. I refuse to go anywhere else. He is the best!.
Melissa the hygenist was great, super friendly and all around a joy to be around. she made me very comfortable and answerd all my questions and more. I'm actually looking forward to my next cleaning..

The office manager, Leanna is amazing. Very caring and willing to work with my schedule. Melissa, was very sweet and made my cleaning wonderful and did my xrays without making me gag. The best office staff ever! Keep up the good work smile emoticon.
