Dr. Irvin made my hybrid device for my entire upper teeth. The entire procedure went smoothly. My device is very nice looking. I did loose one tooth on it when I ate something I shouldn\'t have, but it was easy to replace. One of the nicest things is that there is always a device in your mouth, you never have to go toothless. The appointments are always pleasant in this office, really nice staff. There was very little pain involved in anything that was done. I give Dr. Irvin a A++.
