This practice is out of network for ALL insurance providers, which greatly increases cost. Parents are not allowed in the back with their children, as they say this "eliminates stress" the child may experience. I found this was not the case for my child. The staff is not willing to address any concerns brought to their attention. They simply state "Perhaps this isn't the right match for you and your family". Patients are expendable, which does not support their slogan of "Old-Fashioned Values"..
I have been treated well by all until today.I came in to have 3 teeth extracted and was subjected by a rude and condescending dentist named dr.chankakly.If you go there I advise you to pick another dentist. She talked down to me and when I started crying because she was hurting me she rolled her eyes and told the nurse to do more novacain.
