I went for a simple cleaning and exam which should have been covered under my company's insurance. I was worked in sooner (this was good) than any of the 5-6 other local dentists I contacted. Once finished with the procedure and I was checking out at the payment / scheduling desk, I then was told "they had to do extra cleaning" (without informing or asking me during the cleaning). She told me she'd submit it to my company's insurance to "see if they'll pick it up". I then was billed 3-4 times for the additional porcedure I did not authorize. I do not recommend this doctor..

Dr. Willams is extremely competent, gentle, and professional. I cannot imagine a better fit for me and my family. He and his staff have always exceeded our expectations on cleanings, exams, fillings, and more extensive dental work. I cannot recommend him highly enough..
