6Very rarely do I write reviews but I feel that the low standard of ethical and business practices of this dental office warrant one. Dr. Kasprzak placed a crown for me in April of 2019. The crown has detached 3 times. It seems to me like the dentist should have completely replaced the crown the second time it fell off instead of carelessly recementing what a second and third opinion have deemed as a defective crown. Upon calling to discuss my options with the practice I was notified that I was dismissed from the practice for two no shows in 2019 and that a letter was sent that I never received. I was also advised that the practice only guarantees crowns for 1 year (1 year and 3 months bad pass since getting the crown) so nothing would have been done to help me in any case. Having been left pretty surprised by the obvious lack of responsibility, empathy, and apologeticness the practice is taking I asked the office manager, Cacy, if she was aware of how they are coming off from a busines

4I had a terrible experience with Dr. Strathearn, so bad that it was years before I sought another dentist. I would never go back to her practice nor will I recommend anyone to her. She’s arrogant, making assumptions which were indeed wrong and speaking to me as though I were beneath her. If you are unlucky enough to see her, definitely speak up for yourself, and leave a review. People like her get away with behaving like a jerk when no one speaks up.
