Dr Schmitt's office is bright, clean and well maintained with new equipment and happy employees. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. The billing with my insurance was straight forward and I knew what I was getting into ahead of time. They didnt try and up sell me on anything I didnt need. They crafted a plan based on my needs and walked me through everything. When I left my mouth felt clean and fresh. Will be back!.
I found Dr. Schmitt to be a Great Dentist, I had my implants done 2 years ago and haven’t had any issues. On my visit he was always very kind, and professional, when I first had my implants done he made it very clear about how important is to maintain great cleaning habits before and ones you have the implants done in order to have healthy gums to support the implants. I have done as he said and my gums and implants remain strong. On my last visit I learn he had left the company, if is not too far from us, I would, by all means continue to trust him with my own family’s dental care, and my children really like him as their dentist..
Not AT ALL happy with my experience with Dr Schmitt while at Aspen Dental in Vero Beach! My treatment (4 mini implants to support a lower denture) started in April of 2018. The implants had to be "RE-DONE" in May of 2018, because they were too long (above the gums) and the temporary denture kept breaking. Now I had to wait 6 MONTHS to get a permanent denture! I waited ANOTHER 6months for him to make a denture that finally seemed acceptable. I waited 1month for adjustments that were not done at that time (I never even saw him) so I had to wait another 2months. He scheduled to have the adjustments made but that appointment was cancelled, because "the tech was out of office" or so I was told. When I went back, dr Schmitt is GONE and a NEW DENTIST is there! Dr Schmitt left to open his own "PRACTICE" in West Palm! Side note: Now 17months and over 5K later I have to start over, the new Dr ruined my 3 month old denture with a reline not an extension and it won't even attach! Beware people!!!.

Dr Bill is an experienced doctor in dentistry who is also involved in health and welfare communities both in locally and abroad. A happy patient Vince February 2019.
Great new dental office in North Palm Beach. Dr. Perella and his staff are very friendly and welcoming, which was especially important since I was in pain. He fixed me right up and I'll definitely be back..
