Attended Trinity Dental Clinic in Livingston and attended to by Dr. Thaer Alazzawi, he prepared my teeth for a Crown and charged me for a Full Deep Clean. The Crown was done but the Deep Cleaning was not done. My time in the Chair was only 2 hours and the Deep Cleaning on its own should have taken 3 hours. Manageress refused to even discuss this charge which was incorrect . The staff never introduced themselves did not seem to know what they were doing, the entire clinic was very unprofessional.
