1. BILLING is UNETHICAL. Said didn't receive check, i stopped payment & sent a new check. Ultimately they cashed both checks, after stopped pymt expired, & then double billed to accommodate. They actually added the duplicate amount months later, after they cashed the replacement check, and then cashed original check. Believe they were holding original check, since it said Paid In Full (wasn't paying the late fee as I was debating out of network charges) & they knew what I didn't that stopped pyment on check expires. Now they received twice as much as my original bill and will not refund. 2. In Network Dentist was a NO SHOW twice, assigned to new dentist that I found out after billing was NOT in network. LESSON LEARNED 3. Humming dentist can be a bit much!.

Hidden fees with bills and expensive compared to other dentists. She recommended filing a tooth that did not need filing and it resulted in a root canal. Also, she messed up my expensive bite guard twice. The receptionist Megan that handles the billing is not friendly and was unable to explain the breakdown of the costs they were charging, she just unprofessionally demands payment for everything before insurance gets to even review the charges. Beware and steer clear of this office for your families sake!.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT USE - SHE MESSED UP MY TEETH AND THEN LIED TO COVER IT UP.
I've been going to them for a few years, they are friendly and helpful. Christine replaced my 2 front teeth crowns because previous place didn't do a good job yrs back, she did a beautiful job, I can smile again without being subconscious of how they look. I would definitely recommend going there..
