AuraSmile Dental in North Olmsted put a crown in for me in 2014 that fell out 6 years later. The same tooth had an abscess requiring a root canal, indicating the crown was not done properly to begin with. AuraSmile (Dr. Scott Voiers) put in a temporary crown fro the same tooth on May 20, 2020, that fell out 4 days later while drinking iced tea with no ice. AuraSmile never checked my dental insurance coverage. I found out from my new dentist that my dental insurance only covers a crown on the same tooth every ten years. One week after the temporary was put on (and fell off), they returned my phone call and I canceled all future appointments. I did explain at the time why I would not be returning to AuraSmile. AuraSmile, North Olmsted does not work on Fridays and were not working the day after Memorial Day (5/26/20). There is no way the permanent crown had been made yet as the next appointment (6/12/20) for the permanent crown was 3.5 weeks after the temporary crown appointment. I use Care Credit for dental work my insurance does not cover. AuraSmile is charging me via Care Credit for both appointments at the rate they guessed my insurance would not cover ($540.00). In my opinion, AuraSmile has committed fraud in my case..
I'm all about reading reviews before I purchase anything or make any appointments with new providers. This is a wonderful practice and I'm so grateful I chose to become a patient there. I found absolutely no reason to leave less than 5 stars. I was never uncomfortable with anything and I wasn't spoken to in a passive borderline condescending way like some other professionals I've encountered. Very kind, very respectful, clean environment. 5 stars across the board!.
Dr Ryan and her staff went above and beyond in their care for my 92 year old mother. Would recommend them to everyone..

I work out of town a lot so I see whatever doctor is available on the day I can come. All three dentists here are amazing as are their assistants and staff..
