7Very poor. The office does not automatically issue refunds when they are due you even if you request they do so even though they require payment on the estimated portion at the time of service. You have to call each and every time. We have also had the experience where THEY had determined not to submit an insurance claim, charged us $268.00 and when we insisted it be submitted we actually only owed then $50.00. You as a consumer can decide if this is the type of office you want to deal with.

4The dental clinic seems good in terms of its environment and staff. However, it does not care patients\' interest. One thing to remember: be very careful when authorizing any treatment. Also with regard to charge/bill, there are no consistent statements from time to time and from staff to staff. I only have short experience with this clinic, and suffered from the extreme high cost incurred to my family. It’s hard to convince me that patients can get genuine care.
