2Dr Hopkins is nice and a great dentist! However, the way the staff handles things are a bit different. Our insurance had changed and they never mentioned to us that we were out of network. I trusted them! Lesson learned! Yes, I should have asked. We ended up with a nice bill. Then I told them to cancel all appointments for my whole family! They then kept contacting my husband for his appointment after I told them to cancel all appointments. They told me they mentioned to him that I had cancelled the appointment and that he insisted on going. Not True! My husband is a typical male and getting him to the Dr or Dentist is extremely hard. They never told him that I had cancelled the appointment. They charged us $75.00 for the no show that I did cancel. I am still confused on why they contacted him after I cancelled all future appointments and told them we could not see Dr Hopkins anymore. I asked them why didn\'t they tell me we were out of network? No real answer!
