My family and I have been seeing Dr. Petrakos for more than 2 years now and we love him. I just pulled up his information to find an address for an upcoming appointment and was shocked to see others giving him bad reviews. He has done excellent work for us and is very professional as well. His staff is also the best..
Spent 15 minutes on the phone trying to make an appointment and had to call back to verify insurance information before an appointment could be set. Then after we had the appointment (I thought I scheduled a cleaning, turned out it was just an exam which took about 5 minutes- waste of a trip) they told me they couldn't get my insurance information and made me pay out of pocket $200! It's like I was scammed. I will never go back to this place!.
