1I have had a very difficult time with almost every aspect of business with Liberty Family Dental. I've gone to them for a year and a half, mostly because my insurance isn't taken by everyone and partly too lazy to look. I've had trouble scheduling appointments; I call and explain, I'm having a terrible toothache! Dana sets me up for an appointment THREE weeks later?? I work 7-330 and can't miss work but come-on. I explain I would never want silver fillings in my mouth, they then reschedule me after realizing they put one in a place people can see when I smile. (An extra 2hrs of pain I didn't need) Dana complains to her boss about life and when you're getting a cleaning, your simply forced to hear this. Life is what you make it, don't like your job, get a different one, Dr Caster, she's an employee-don't be a pushover and realize better help is out there.
