This place is the biggest dental scam I have ever witnessed. They advertise $137 xray, cleaning and exam but after they do the xrays they said the cleaning would be $1500. This Dr Kate is the biggest scam in dental. After reading complaints I found they do this to lots and lots of people judging by reviews I have saw online. . Avoid at all costs. They are billing me for an appointment I walked out of when the scam was exposed. The Hygienist obviously works on 100% commission so she is the Dentists salesperson who gets paid based on how much she upsells the customer. They ask a series of questions about work and personal stuff so they can get a feeling about how much they can milk you for. The answer to those questions determines how much they will try to upsell you or give reason for not doing work that was advertised. . The first thing any patient should ask in writing to their dentist is if anyone is working on commission so you avoid this upsell bait and switch advertising scam. The dentist who just cleaned my teeth said I was being scammed and it is common and he said that he here's it all the time from new patients. There are honest Dentists who care about patients and dental health and then there is Dentist like Kate who are only interested in your money in nothing else..

Experience in dental practice is crucial, not only for the sake of professionalism but also to ensure the safety and proper care of patients. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Sakhonchyk was one that lacked empathy, sincerity, professionalism and the standard of care I believe is integral to our medical community. This letter is not just a caution, but also a call to action. If you or someone you know has had experiences with this practice, I encourage you to come forward and share your story. It is only through our collective voice that we can ensure the well-being of our community members and hold healthcare providers accountable. For those who have no other choice but to seek emergency dental care at this establishment, I advise you to see Martha, an associate whom I consider to be an exception. Nevertheless, protect yourself by keeping detailed records of all interactions, advice, and treatments you receive. Moreover, I must disclose an unsettling matter involving financial discrepancies. This establishment owes me a sum of $1660, which was supposed to be a hassle-free process but has turned into a battle for what is rightfully mine. They are now demanding my signature, which would prevent me from any future claims, in exchange for the remaining owed amount. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale and perhaps prevents any of you from enduring what I have gone through. We must all take steps to protect our health, our rights, and our smiles. My initial experience was excellent. Second experience he recommended deep cleaning and scaling on all four quadrants at a cost of well over $1,000. TWO dentists verified that I did not need the recommended procedures. BEWARE..
