Dr. Kelly is an exceptional dentist. Attributes which make him exceptional include: —dental knowledge. Dr. Kelly has deep knowledge of dental processes and procedures, and he keeps himself very current. —problem identification and solution development. Dr. Kelly examines every patient issue and develops a plan of resolution. He always considers each option carefully —communication.
