They toke out the wrong tooth want me to pay for a denture, toke no responsibility for what they have done to me! They are making me pay for what they have done wrong. Right now i am in so much emotional distress. I cant give people the same smile ive had and it is killing me. I am so devistated. Horrible service and the staff is so rude. I have been seen at the round lake facility and the extraction was at the north Chicago branch and yet they say they have no record of the extraction. They are money hungry and i have never felt so disappointed in life..
Saw Dr.Theobald on short notice for a bad bad tooth. He walked me through what steps he would be taking, took care of my issue, and finished it with great directions for home care!!! I'll be back for sure!!!.
